Yin Yoga and Live Music guest singer Shantael Raphael

About

Step into a sanctuary where art and healing meet.

This Yin Yoga experience takes place inside an art gallery unlike anything you've felt before. Its got soul.

Surrounded by immersive artworks, you’ll be guided through a gentle, deeply restorative practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space within body and mind.

Your teacher, Neha Kumar, is the founder of Artful Yoga Gallery and a yoga and meditation teacher known for creating nurturing, inclusive spaces for deep inner work. Her classes weave together traditional yogic wisdom, breath awareness, and trauma-sensitive guidance to support genuine rest and reconnection.

Guest Artist Thursday 30th July:

Exceptional singer-songwriter and vocalist Shantael Raphael creates a soulful live soundscape, while Neha weaves the wisdom and philosophy of yoga throughout the practice.

Every class is thoughtfully curated with intention—inviting you to slow down, soften and reconnect.
