WHAT THIS IS
This is a practical, experiential workshop designed to help you get out of your head and into present-moment awareness and spontaneous communication and expression.

Through structured improv-based exercises, you’ll train the ability to listen deeply, respond instinctively, and stay present without overthinking.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Across the workshop you will:

• Strengthen listening, awareness, and connection with others
• Respond without planning what you’re going to say or do
• Build ease and confidence in real-time interaction by gently stretching your comfort zone
• Stay present and responsive under light social pressure

HOW THE WORKSHOP WORKS
You will move through a series of simple, structured exercises and games that gradually build in intensity.

The workshop follows a clear progression:

• Group connection and awareness
• Spontaneous response training
• Real-time speaking and interaction under light performance pressure

The emphasis is on staying present and responsive throughout.Short, guided reflections are included between sections of exercises to help notice patterns in attention, thinking, and behaviour.
