Step into a room alive with Asian creativity, where the energy is high, the mic gets passed around, and cabaret glamour gives way to fun filled karaoke.
CCK is a monthly night celebrating Sydney’s Asian creativity and community — a cultural living room where cabaret gives way to karaoke and everyone gets to be part of the show. Come for the performances, stay for the karaoke, and leave knowing exactly who you want on your karaoke team next time.
This isn’t your average night out. Asian creativity is at the heart of CCK: cabaret first, karaoke second, with the audience becoming part of the show. If that sounds like your kind of room, come as you are and get amongst it.
How the night runs: First up, a live cabaret set led by Kimie Tsukakoshi, with an ever-changing lineup of Asian performers — grand piano, live vocals and a room that keeps things loose. Then the mood shifts, karaoke takes over and the mic is yours. Bring your anthem, sing in any language, solo or with your new karaoke crew. We curate the running order so everyone gets their moment.
With three final performances, this is not an event to be missed!
