Each month we gather around the ritual of blue lotus tea as a reminder to pause, listen and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

There is something deeply healing about gathering with other women.

Sharing tea, sharing stories, sitting in stillness together and being reminded that we don't have to navigate life alone.

The Lotus Hour is a monthly sister circle created as a space to slow down, reconnect and return to yourself through ritual, reflection and genuine connection.

Each gathering begins with a Ritual Alchemy Blue Lotus tea ceremony, inviting us to gently settle into the present moment before moving through meditation, breathwork, journaling, oracle cards and open-hearted conversation.

Blue lotus has been cherished for centuries as a plant ally for meditation, intuition and inner vision. As we gather around the tea each month, it becomes a gentle reminder to soften, listen inward and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that already exists within us.
