An hour long interactive Pilates event with local rescue puppies. Your ticket includes a 45 minute pilates class with puppies, a pair of grip socks, and a light morning tea to enjoy as you move into the rest of your day.
Whether you come with friends, family, or solo, you’ll leave feeling body strong and heart full.
All profits are donated to Dog Rescue Newcastle.
The Pilates class itself is suitable for all levels and is pre and post-natal friendly. This is an intimate event with a limited number of spaces.
As the nature of dog rescue can be a little unpredictable, the number of puppies, and their breed, size, age and nature will be a surprise on the day!
The wellbeing of the puppies and participants is our priority. The puppies move around the space freely and interaction is gently encouraged with toys and treats! We keep a close eye on them and will lovingly remove them if they show any signs of needing space.
