Gather around the table at Art Department Studio for a thoughtfully curated spring menu. Come with friends, or meet a few over dinner. Settle in, savour each course and let the conversation linger.

MEET LAUREN & SAPNA
One from Boston, the other from Sydney, Lauren and Sapna met while studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
Lauren’s love of cooking began at home, inspired by her grandmothers. Her culinary career has taken her through restaurants and wine bars in Paris, followed by kitchens in the United States and Australia.
Sapna grew up in a Fijian Indian household, with a chef father and a mother whose cooking shaped her love of food. She founded a celebration-cake business before moving into Australian restaurant kitchens.
Together, they created ATE to share food shaped by the seasons, their different backgrounds and the nostalgia of meals remembered. Their supper clubs bring that philosophy to the table: generous cooking, bold flavours and a place to connect.
