Miss Chow's Margaret River welcomes renowned wine critic Ray Jordan for an exclusive evening of exceptional Margaret River wines, fine dining and conversation, as part of Pair'd Festival 2026.
The intimate experience begins with sunset canapés and wine on the lawn, before guests take their seats for a multi-course paired dinner featuring wines personally selected from Ray's forthcoming WA Wine Review 2027.
Throughout the evening, Ray will share the stories behind each wine, insights into the region's leading producers and his experiences compiling the Review.
With guest numbers deliberately kept small, this is a rare opportunity to enjoy an evening of wine and conversation with one of WA's most respected wine voices.
Each guest will also receive a copy of WA Wine Review 2027 to take home.
Tickets are strictly limited.
