The Event
We are thrilled to welcome you to Samford Harvest [Spring], a celebration of collaboration and community
Guests are invited to share a table and enjoy a meal at Loop Growers, just a few minutes from Samford Village. The menu is thoughtfully created and prepared by chef & local Alastair McLeod utilising hand sourced, seasonal ingredients from in and around the Samford Valley.
We have four events to choose from

The Menu
First Course
Smoked buffalo mozzarella, fennel jam, watermelon radish, marinated figs
Second Course
Spiced Murray cod tartare, green beans, cucumber, brassica oil, soft herbs
Third Course
Chorizo & fennel soup, preserved lemon, assorted spring greens
Fourth Course
Slow cooked beef, soft polenta, pickled kohlrabi, citrus gremolata
Fifth Course
Apple pie moonshine Petaluma strawberries, white chocolate, macadamia
