Since the First World War, the red poppy has been a symbol of commemoration and remembrance for the fallen.
Join us in the CoGLAB at Amherst Village Library for a free poppy-making workshop in honour of the Anzacs. Attendees will have the special privilege of learning how to crochet flowers from the RSLWA Poppy Ladies. All crocheting materials and equipment will be provided, along with refreshments of tea, coffee, and biscuits.
Participants must meet the advertised age requirements.
Bookings will open to the public from Monday 19 October.
