Ever wanted to try wheel throwing? Here's your chance.
This session is part of Crafted Clay Market — a ceramics exclusive event at The Glasshouse, Cloverdale on Sunday 4 October, bringing together 30+ local WA ceramicists to share and sell their handmade work. Browse and shop on the day, drop into a handbuilding clay workshop, and if you have ever been curious about the wheel, this is your moment.
The wheel throwing session is a play experience, not a lesson. For just $10 you get 15 minutes on the wheel to get your hands in the clay and see what you can create. No instructions, no expectations, no experience required. Just the wheel, the clay and whatever happens next.
Wheels are kindly provided by Belmont Potters, with a team member nearby if you have any questions on the day.
Please note that all pieces made during the session will be recycled back for the next participant and cannot be taken home.
