Join us for a nurturing creative workshop where we will explore the energy of spring through mindfulness, reflection, and intuitive art-making.

Beginning with gentle grounding practices to help you arrive in the present moment and reconnect with your body, we will move into a mixed-media art experience using collage, paint, and a variety of materials to explore themes of growth, renewal, and possibility.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and creatively explore:
