Western Australian act WOLFPACK has performed under various aliases since the early 90’s. With the latest ‘unleashed’ incarnation, the band pays homage to some of the great blues artists of the 1950’s who came from the central and southern states of the US. From the raw sounds of Chicago juke joints to the swamp blues out of Baton Rouge, WOLFPACK cover classic songs by Muddy Waters, Slim Harpo, Jimmy Reed, Magic Sam, Little Walter and more.

The John Chopping Band | 9.00pm

Founding member and one time President of the Perth Blues Club, John has been a regular performer on the blues scene in town. 20 years spent with the much loved band, Indigo Duck, as well 5 years with Suzi & the Reptiles, a brief stint on the Rock N Roll scene sees John stepping out to front his own band. Playing Blues classics as well as originals he is backed by Jason Fernandez on drums and Maurice Gabriel on bass guitar. Jason is also a long time Perth Muso who’s been playing since the 90’s at most pubs around and claims to still have his hearing intact! Maurice hails from India where he cut his teeth on the music scene there. We will enjoy presenting out style of blues at the Club.
