There's something deeply satisfying about making fresh pasta by hand—especially when it's transformed into delicate, flavour-filled ravioli. In this hands-on Handmade Ravioli Workshop, you'll learn how to create beautiful handmade ravioli from scratch, from silky pasta dough through to shaping, filling and cooking your finished parcels.
Perfect for pasta lovers and adventurous home cooks alike, this workshop provides a practical introduction to one of Italy's most beloved culinary traditions. Guided by an experienced tutor, you'll learn how to prepare fresh pasta dough, make a classic spinach and ricotta filling, and master the techniques for rolling, shaping and sealing ravioli with confidence.
Along the way, you'll discover the small techniques that make homemade pasta so rewarding, along with ideas for alternative fillings, flavour combinations and sauces that you can recreate in your own kitchen.
To finish, you'll enjoy your freshly made ravioli served in a simple but elegant sage and butter sauce, finished with Parmigiano Reggiano—the perfect reward for your efforts.
By the end of the workshop, you'll have the confidence to recreate fresh handmade ravioli from scratch in your own kitchen.
