  • Age requirement: 7+. For teams without adults (18+), all members must be at least 14 to participate. For children up to 14 years old, at least one accompanying adult is required for every group of 4 children.
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for light physical activity must be worn (e.g., sneakers, pants, and a t-shirt). High heels or flip-flops are not permitted
