On 27 August, Coravin is bringing the world's first Coravin Aged Wine Clinic to Sydney.

For one day only, wine lovers will have the opportunity to bring a treasured bottle from their own cellar and explore its evolution alongside Master of Wine Andrea Pritzker, without pulling the cork or interrupting the wine's ageing journey.

Whether it's a bottle you've been saving for a special occasion, a cherished gift, one in a dozen of your favourite vintage, or simply a wine you've always wondered about, the Coravin Aged Wine Clinic offers a rare opportunity to check in on its progress and better understand where it sits in its drinking window.

Using Coravin's patented technology and specialised Vintage Needle, Andrea Pritzker MW will carefully extract two tasting pours while preserving the remaining wine. As the wine is poured, it is replaced with pure argon gas, protecting it from oxidation. Once the needle is removed, the cork naturally reseals, allowing the wine to continue ageing undisturbed.

During your private 15-minute consultation, Andrea will assess the wine's current development, provide personalised tasting notes, and offer expert guidance on when to revisit the bottle.
