Art, Fun and Feelings is an innovative 2-part program that uses creative arts-based techniques for Children and their parents/carers to develop a shared language and strategies for emotional understanding and regulation.
It is designed to help children and carers explore emotions through creative, therapeutic activities. The initiative uses art-based techniques to develop emotional regulation skills and is often delivered in schools to support children's wellbeing and mental health.
Extra info: For children aged 4-6 and their grown-ups.
