Geoff Goodfellow has been writing and publishing poetry for 42 years. He has published 17 books, most recently 'Nostalgic Adelaide: poems political, social & cultural'. This book reflects on the changes he has seen over the past seventy plus years.
Geoff has travelled the world as a poet, giving readings in Canada, the USA, Cuba, the Caribbean, China, the UK, and Europe, often taking up positions as poet-in-residence at universities. His poetry is accessible and often focuses on the lives of people who would not ordinarily be the subject of poetry.
In reviewing 'Nostalgic Adelaide' in Glam Adelaide Rob McKinnon wrote: "Geoff Goodfellow's poems are time capsules that shed light on the past and add bright colour to a fading era". He awarded the book with a 5 Star review.
