At Adelaide Central Market, we celebrate cooking from farm (and ocean!) to table, connecting budding young chefs with fresh and seasonal Market produce. Guided by the team at Sprout, your little ones will learn how to create a simple, delicious dishs using seafood and ingredients sourced directly from our traders.

This hands-on class designed especially for Seafood + Sounds blends cooking skills with fun nutritional information, highlighting the benefits of using fresh produce. After preparing their dish, attendees will sit down together to enjoy feasting on what they’ve made!

Please arrive 5 minutes early at our Community Kitchen (next to the Gouger Street entrance).

This event is suitable for children aged 6 to12 years only. Participants outside this age range cannot attend, and refunds will not be provided.
