Bridge Queer Gathering presents a series of workshops by Shani Shafrir from Well Grown.

All the workshops in this series can be attended individually or come along to all 4 to experience an immersive journey of learning. Shani creates workshops that emphasise community connection and learning in a relaxed, welcoming and inclusive space.

Workshop 2: Seasonal Planning and Planting
Learning how to plan and plant a garden. Whether starting from scratch or moving on to the next season, we’ll learn about preparing your soil and resources for the upcoming season, planting methods and creating a diverse ecosystem in any space available. In this session we acknowledge and focus on budget friendly gardening.

Participants will get to take home a cutting that they have made and potted at the conclusion of the session.

This workshop runs for 2 hours, following which you are welcome to attend the community lunch run at Bridge Darebin, a gold coin donation gets you a two course meal and the chance to connect with other community members.
