A three hour workshop for people who are looking to connect with their creativity. You are likely the person who says "I can't draw a stick man". As a career counsellor and artist, I believe everyone is able to access some level of creativity. The exercises are designed to help you connect with this. You don't need to be an artist or creative. These are very accessible and fun.

As AI takes over more of the technical and analytical work that used to define expertise, the qualities that remain distinctly human - creativity, empathy, imagination, the ability to make connections no algorithm would think to make - are no longer "nice to have." They're the differentiator.

If you are tired of screens and deadlines, rushing around doing things, this is a chance to connect with others, yourself and your creative core. We will work with colour, frottage (the art of rubbing) and collage. Guidance and support all the way through.
