YOUR HOST FOR THE DAY
Brenda Rogers — GM, Naturopath & Nutritionist, H Dispensary
Brenda brings together over two decades of clinical naturopathy and nutritional medicine with a deep love of food as a healing tool. As the General Manager and resident naturopath and nutritionist at H Dispensary, Brenda's philosophy is grounded in the idea that the most powerful medicine is also the most pleasurable to consume - and that the kitchen is the first place healing begins.
Throughout the day Brenda will share not just the how, but the why — the clinical reasoning behind every herb, the therapeutic action of every botanical, and the simple daily rituals that make these preparations genuinely transformative.
THE WORKSHOP SERIES
The day will include the following 4 workshops. You can choose to attend just 1 workshop or as many as you wish.
10am - 11am Ginger Tonic Ale – A bubbly brew for summer
