An invitation to gather, connect, and return home to yourself.
This is the first of many Sister Circles to come... With each gathering bringing it's own unique flavour and energy.
Join Becky and Lily for a nourishing exploration of self, sisterhood and spirit.
Together, we will share in the warmth of Ceremonial Cacao, group connection and nourishing nibbles.
Drift into somatic shaking movement, and gentle guided breath to liberate your truth, and activate your inner fire,
Before settling in and surrendering to Sound Ceremony to recalibrate, recentre and reclaim your inner wonder.
On the day, please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in and anything to help you feel connected (e.g. journal, pen, water, etc.)
Everything else (mats, bolsters, blankets, etc) will be provided.
Arrive 6:00pm for smudging and settling in.
