TCG Event Terms and Conditions

• Non-Attendance: If you register for a TCG event and do not attend, any included products, participation packs, or promotional items will be forfeited. No refunds or product pick-ups will be available for no-shows.
• Late Arrival: Players are expected to arrive 20 minutes prior to the event’s start time for registration and any necessary event explanations. If you arrive 5 minutes after the event’s start time your seat may be forfeited and offered to a walk-in participant, however we will review the situation on the day before making a final decision.
• Please Note: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the event’s start time, you will be marked as a no-show and the non-attendance terms and conditions apply.
• Minimum Participation Requirement: To be eligible to receive any promotional materials, participation prizes, or exclusive items associated with the event, you must actively participate in at least 1 round of play.
