What on earth is a Frühschoppen? Think of it as the German answer to brunch, just with brass music, Weisswurst and Weissbier.
A traditional Frühschoppen is a late-morning get-together where friends and family gather over a Bier, something good to eat and plenty of conversation. In Bavaria, it’s a proper tradition, especially on Sundays and festival days.
For German Week Melbourne, Hofbräuhaus is bringing the real thing to Melbourne, with a traditional German brass band, fresh Brezel, classic Weisswurst and proper German Weissbier.
