PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in physical activities, including boxing, fitness, movement, breathwork, and wellness-based activities, involves inherent physical risks. I allow my child to participate and accept full responsibility for their health, wellbeing, and physical condition during the event.

I confirm that:

• My child is physically and medically fit to participate.
• I will notify organisers of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations that may affect my participation.
• My child will participate at their own risk.
• I understand my child can stop participating at any time if they feel uncomfortable, unwell, or unsafe.

I release and hold harmless Stronger Than Silence, its organisers, coaches, volunteers, venue providers, and affiliated partners from any liability, claims, injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in the event, except where required by law.
