Ever wondered what really goes into making a great bottle of wine? Join Dionysus Winery's winemaker, Michael, for a relaxed and informative journey into the fascinating world of winemaking.
Hear Michael's Story in a relaxed atmosphere and discover how he became a winemaker, his adventures along the way and the highs and lows of life in the wine industry.
Learn how grapes are transformed into wine, from harvesting and fermentation through to blending and bottling and taste straight from the barrel! You'll also get to nibble on a delicious cheese plate while tasting wines, sharing stories and asking Michael all those questions you've always wanted to ask a winemaker.
This is an 18+ experience. Minimum booking of 2 people and maximum group size of 12 people.
