Join Judy (Valli Maine) for an evening of sound healing and relaxation.

Sound healing is vibrational healing with tones moving effortlessly through every part of the body, unrestricted by physical barriers.

It moves freely throughout the body, releasing and re-tuning anything that may be out of balance, bringing your physical and energetic bodies into a state of harmony.

Judy uses crystal singing bowls in conjunction with vocal toning.

The tones and songs are channelled, each session unique to the group.

People often share with her after that the songs felt familiar and touched their soul in a deep way.

Judy has 10 years experience working with clients in this field and is a practitioner and teacher of ThetaHealing®.

What to bring

BYO drink bottle, mat, pillow and blanket so you can be as cosy and comfortable as possible.

Please Arrive from 6:45pm onwards so you can get yourself set up. We will begin at 7pm for 1 1/2 hours of Sound Healing, finishing at 8:30pm.

Please refrain from wearing deoderant or perfume as I'm allergic. Essential oils are fine.
