Before the Event | Happy Hour

4:00–6:00 PM Mikeys Bar Happy Hour. Feel free to arrive early, check out the venue and enjoy a knock-off drink before we begin.

6:00 PM | Arrival & Welcome

Settle in, grab a drink and get ready for the evening.

6:15 PM | First Art Experience

Begin your first 45-minute sitting:

• Still Life Drawing or
• Life Drawing

Both are untutored experiences, designed to let you draw at your own pace and settle into the process.

7:10 PM | Intermission

A relaxed 30-minute break to grab a drink, use the bathrooms and have something to eat.

Mikeys Bar is BYO food, so you’re welcome to bring snacks or something to graze on.

Pizza is also available from Rita’s — simply use the QR code provided at the venue to order for intermission.

7:45 PM | Second Art Experience

Swap over and experience the drawing session you haven’t yet tried.

Another 45-minute sitting of either Still Life or Life Drawing.

8:30 PM | Art Lay-Out, Mingle & Wrap-Up

At the end of the final sitting, everyone is invited to lay out their work.

There’s no expectation of a “finished” piece — choose something that brought you pride, joy, curiosity, or simply a moment where you relaxed and sank into the evening.

Take some time to look at each other’s work, have a chat and mingle as we conclude the evening.

Event concludes by 9:00 PM.
