Sound Healing- Full Moon in Pisces, Eclipse Sound Bath & Fire Ritual

Just when we thought the turbulent energy of the last few months of astrological events was over, we have the full moon in Pisces, eclipse. This is said to be an electric one as not only is it an eclipse, the full moon this month is clashing with the planet of craziness, Uranus. This may bring us cosmic fireworks of unpredictability and corners to turn.

In this session, we will work with breath, sound and fire to navigate this together, connecting to ourselves and each other to ride out this storm, release and reset our nervous systems so we can handle unexpected situations and change.

This sound bath is gentle and therapeutic. The types of instruments and technique of playing creates a smooth, deeply resonant environment where you feel secure trusting you are safe, then sink into the sound, surrendering as you are carried into a deeply grounded trance-like state. The sound scape will be focussed on the heart space.

My Intention is to sooth you into a deep state of relaxation where self-healing can occur.

At the end of your sound journey, you will gently and gradually be led out of your relaxation with the sweet sounds of the Koshi chimes and the earth and fire Svaram hanging chimes as you return back into your body, onto the mat and into the room.

Following the sound journey, we take a moment to write down, in private, the things we wish to release. These are not shared. We move these thoughts from the head, out of the body, and onto the paper. We then quietly step outside to a…
