NATURE CONNECTION FOR EVERYONE
Big Heart Adventures is proud to introduce events for people of all abilities to join us for mindful nature connection time.
We respectfully acknowledge that our adventure is on Kaurna Land traditionally owned by the Kaurna People.
Experience a deeper connection with nature and be guided on a 3 hour sensory journey with the land we walk upon. You are invited to feel the health benefits of being in nature while deepening our relationships with the earth and ourselves.
We include light refreshments and tea at the conclusion of our session (please let us know any dietary needs you may have).
Our leaders carry group first aid kits, emergency communication devices and are qualified bushwalking leaders, Nature Therapy Guides and practitioners in outdoor health.
WHO IS THIS EVENT SUITABLE FOR?
This event is ideal for everyone, including people recovering from injuries, accidents, illness or using mobility aids to get around or perhaps just not confident with being on trails without a leader or the company of others.
Minimum age requirement is 15 years old and must come with a supervising adult - please check with us if unsure.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Due to the variability of the weather, the following items will be needed:- a small backpack or bag or carry items - filled water bottle - sun protection (hat, sunnies, suncream) or wet weather gear (we will check the forecast and remind you all what to expect!)- towel/blanket/yoga mat to lay on - comfortable walking…
