Come and join this very special sound healing at the Treehouse Cafe with ocean views aimed at relaxing your mind, body and soul.
We will go through a guided meditation to help people with busy minds to relax and then we will relax into a sound healing incorporating crystal sound bowls, gongs, drums and rain sticks.
The benefits of sound healings is that you don’t need to do anything - just allow the relaxation to happen.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water. Journals are great to write down your experience afterwards.
Tickets $35ea
The cafe is open until 3pm and we will have a table afterwards if you’d like a drink and chat with other like minded souls.
Your host Sascha has been doing sound healings for over 5 years and is focused on supporting people to live their best lives. Sascha is a Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master who uses sound healing to assist clients with relaxation and balancing mind, body and soul.
