I invite You to go on the Group Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Healing Journey with us - a deeper personal healing experience in a group setting!
We will start with a quick body scan to bring our attention to the body, then we will work with energies of the Sky and Mother Earth followed by personal Aura Cleansing when powerful healing vibrations and sound of the Full Moon Bowl will harmonize your energies instantly and bring you back to your centre. After that comfortably lying on your mat, you will slowly immerse into the ocean of soothing sound and vibrations of Himalayan Singing Bowls which will help your body relax on a deeper level and mind calm down into stillness , so your body can start to self-heal. As a Reiki Practitioner, I am creating and holding a beautiful space for you to restore your balance and find harmony. It is Your Space, it is your time for self-love and self-care. It is time to relax, be light and happy!
I have received my Full Moon Bowl directly from the hands of her inventor - the Master and My Teacher - Santa Ratna Shakya Kasa with blessings. The Full Moon Bowl was created from pure 7 metal alloy under the night Sky with Full Moon illuminating and charging the space with her healing light and energy, that is why Full Moon bowls are very special healing tools.
What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, a towel to roll for underneath your knees and a small pillow for your comfort, water bottle.
