The Vaccines are excited to announce a very special Byron Bay headline show to mark the 15th anniversary of the release of their iconic debut album, What Did You Expect from The Vaccines?
Released in March 2011, What Did You Expect from The Vaccines? debuted at #4 on the UK Chart, going on to be certified Platinum and kicking off what would become an unbroken run of Top 5 UK albums - a streak that has continued with their sixth and most recent, Pick-Up Full of Pink Carnations, in 2024. One of the great British guitar albums of the 2010s, the debut features the band’s breakthrough hits, including “If You Wanna,” “Post Break-Up Sex,” and “Wreckin ’Bar (Ra Ra Ra)”. These are songs that continue to thrill fans from the 2011 OGs to the newest recruits in the bands ever-expanding fanbase.
