Melissa Mai & Christian Dimarco are partnering up to offer their much loved Yin Yoga + Sound Journey Immersion. You will be guided through a deeply restorative practise of Yin Yoga by Melissa, and taken on an elevating sound journey with Christian.

Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing and meditative style of practise. All postures are practiced lying on the floor or seated with the support of our yoga props. You can expect a lot of stillness and deep rest.

The soundscape created for the experience will be performed live (& intuitively) throughout the Yoga practice, finishing with an extended sound journey whilst guests are resting in their 'final relaxation / savasana'. Christian will be playing a range of world instruments, including Didjeridu, ethnic flutes and overtone singing.

Sound frequencies have the power to change the cells in your body, to alter your brain wave state and shift your emotional body. Sound has been used for healing for centuries.

We are very passionate about the profound gift that both yoga & sound can offer, and we look forward to sharing this nourishing experience with you all!

When: Saturday 5th September 2026

Time: 4:00pm- 6:00pm (Doors to Here Yoga will open 15 min prior to event. Please arrive early. We cannot accomodate late arrivals, even 1 minute late, as we want to uphold the integrity of the experience for the group, so please allocate time for parking etc...).
