At just 19 Lucy Gray is taking their debut full length project ‘Break it’ on tour. They announced an Auckland showcase on October 30th ‘Break it Live’ featuring artists such as LETOA, awkwatch, rede., boyracer, and smurgy. Alongside their first Australian headline shows in Melbourne on December 11th at Bad Decisions and Sydney on December 12th at The Lansdowne. Indie darling turned alternative-pop and electronic producer and artist Lucy Gray has grown an audience of nearly 100K on social media platforms combined, supporting international acts both in Auckland and in Australia, and now headlining their own Australia tour.
Writing since the age of 8 or 9, they’re songwriting was inspired by indie-folk, and alternative rock. After releasing their first song in 2022, Lucy’s sound has continued to shift from indie to pop-rock and now into indie-electronic and hyperpop. Inspired by the likes of underscores, Oklou, Daine and Lucy Bedroque.
