What to Expect:

• 1 Hour of Contrast Therapy: Access to hot saunas, cold plunges, and hot magnesium baths (available in select rooms). Rooms comfortably fit 2–3 people for an intimate, cozy experience.
• 30mins Replenish: After your session, stick around to relax. Enjoy a curated seasonal fruit grazing board, premium electrolyte-rich coconut water, and warm herbal teas to rehydrate and refuel.
• 1h Post-Sauna Beach Walk: Finish the afternoon with a coastal walk, ocean dip and social connection.
