Get ready to roll out your mat, turn up the music and let your inner disco queen shine! 🪩✨
DiscoYoga is where the joy of movement meets the magic of music. Forget the rules, leave your inhibitions at the door and experience yoga with a feel-good twist. We blend flowing yoga sequences, uplifting beats, iconic anthems and a whole lot of fun to create an experience that will leave you feeling energised, empowered and smiling from the inside out.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this is your invitation to move, groove, stretch, sing along and reconnect with yourself in the most joyful way.
Expect a playful mix of yoga brought to you by Nickie Hanley. We will dance to incredible live music by Dj Arlen De Silva and connect to the community on the dance floor. Discoyoga is all wrapped up in an atmosphere where everyone is welcome and having fun is the only requirement.
No pressure. No perfection. Just good vibes, great music and a whole lot of disco magic.
Come for the yoga, stay for the energy, and leave with your heart full and your spirit shining! 💃🧘♀️🪩
