In this workshop we'll explore mark making as a simple, accessible self care practice. Working across a range of different art mediums, you'll discover what each one feels like in your hand, what kinds of marks feel satisfying, repetitive, soothing or surprising.
This is not about making something perfect. It is about slowing down, noticing and letting the process do its thing. Repetitive mark making has a quietly balancing effect on a busy mind and this workshop gives you the time and space to experience that for yourself.
You'll leave with a finished handmade book of your own marks, a simple creative practice you can return to any time.
