This experience is all about connection, care and learning how to look after each other’s bodies through the power of touch.
We’ll begin with a gentle stretch and short meditation to help you settle in, ground and leave the outside world behind. From there, you’ll be guided through simple massage techniques that you can safely practise on each other — helping to release everyday tension, relax the body and create a deeper sense of connection.
There will be plenty of time to slow down, chat, enjoy a light lunch and nourishing teas, and simply be present together in a calm and friendly environment.
You don’t need any massage experience — just come with an open mind and a willingness to care for one another.
