Sound Healing- Full Moon in Pisces, Eclipse Cosmic Sound Bath & Fire Ritual

Just when we thought the turbulent energy of the last few months of astrological events was over, we have the full moon in Pisces, eclipse. This is said to be an electric one as not only is it an eclipse, the full moon this month is clashing with the planet of craziness, Uranus. This may bring us cosmic fireworks of unpredictability and corners to turn.

Lets work with breath, sound and fire to navigate this together, connecting to ourselves and each other to ride out this storm, release and reset our nervous systems so we can handle unexpected situations and change.

The soundscape will lead you into a state of deep relaxation, where your body can rest and repair and your mind can journey.

Along with my other instruments, the singing bowls I will be playing are made with seven different metals, representing the seven planets. The combination of metals determines the quality of vibration and the sound of the bowl. The bowls also carry a small piece of an old metal to represent the carrier of ancient knowledge.

These bowls are said to create cosmic sound.

Following the sound journey, we take a moment to write down, in private, the things we wish to release. These are not shared. We move these thoughts from the head, out of the body, and onto the paper. We then quietly step outside to a small fire and, in a circle, take turns throwing the papers into the fire, watching them burn and be carried away by the pull of the Full Moon.
