Start your Sunday with movement, mindfulness and breathtaking harbour views aboard MV Calmer.
Join us on Sunday 25 October 2026, from 6:00 am – 8:00 am, for a unique sunrise wellness experience unlike anything else in Newcastle. As the city wakes and the sun rises over the harbour, you'll enjoy three different yoga experiences across the three levels of our luxurious vessel. (Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin).
Throughout the morning, you'll rotate between three experienced yoga instructors, each offering their own unique style of practice. Every 25 minutes you'll move to a different deck, experiencing a fresh environment, a new instructor and a different approach to yoga; from energising vinyasa flow and mindful movement to restorative stretching, meditation and breathwork.
Whether you're an experienced yogi or simply looking for a relaxing and inspiring way to begin your Sunday, this immersive harbour experience is designed for all fitness and experience levels.
After completing all three sessions, stay onboard and enjoy a nourishing breakfast while taking in the peaceful harbour views. Relax with friends, meet like-minded people, or grab breakfast to go before heading off to enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
