This event is hosted by Gather, a local Brisbane community group that meets on the last Sunday of every month.
Gather events invite genuine connection with new people while creating opportunities to move, learn, grow, and create alongside like-minded individuals. Each event explores a different topic related to mental health and wellbeing, and this month we're diving into the wild world of our 20s - unpacking the good, the bad & everything in between.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute guided conversation led by Alissa, Registered Counsellor and founder of Gather. Together, we’ll explore the many layers of your 20s, from navigating friendships and relationships to finding your feet in your career and building confidence in who you are. It’s an opportunity to meet new people, share experiences and learn from the lessons we’re all figuring out along the way.
Following our group conversations, it’s time to get creative! ✨
We’ll be bedazzling photo frames for the fridge, each holding a photo that captures the essence of your 20s. Think wild, chaotic, messy and unpredictable, but equally sparkly, shiny and full of magic 💫 Together, we’ll create a little space for these memories to live, celebrating all the chaos, fun and sparkle of our 20s somewhere we can see them every single day - right on the fridge!
