Come join us for a transformative experience at the KINDRED WARRIOR YOGA STUDIO IN LILYDALE on Sunday 26th July at 2.00pm - 5.00pm (Australian Central Time). This is a drug and alcohol free event.

Let's dive deep into the power of sound and breath to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with ourselves. During this event we will be guiding you with a holotropic breathing technique, which is fast and rapid breathing. You will also have the option for a softer, slower breath technique if that is preferred. Sound and Breathwork together can be a powerhouse combination and can be a journey beyond the imagination. Bathe In a soundscape of tones, frequencies and instruments whilst being guided into your breath, taking you into a space of light, heightened awareness, peace and tranquility. Our aim is to support and hold space for you as you are guided home. To your heart, to remembering, and to Love.
