Get ready to find the soulful joy of music, breath, your body and voice. Be inspired, motivated and challenged just a little bit. Enjoy the sheer magic of singing with friends. No clases during school holidays

Explore traditional and contemporary genres like jazz, pop, blues, soul and world music. Learn technique, warm-ups, stage tricks, and how to access vocal tools. Sing together choir style and also find your own solo vocal niche by singing individually.

Your teacher is a professional singer-musician. She has experienced a life of worldwide performing, coaching, composing and directing music industry events.

Classes are designed to make all students feel welcome and involved, regardless of whether you're a beginner or advanced. You'll learn how to use your voice efficiently, project without straining, expand your range and techniques that will make you a better performer.

The Reginald Murphy Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. There is a table tennis table, computers, wifi, books to borrow, a piano to play and sewing machines to use, and tea and coffee, all for free. A weekly community lunch is held on Wednesdays at 12pm for $10. Everyone is welcome!
