Join casual pickleball at Ultimo Community Centre!
Looking for a fun, low-impact way to stay active and meet new people?
Drop by the Ultimo Community Centre for casual pickleball sessions, held every Tuesday and Friday.
Pickleball is an combination of tennis, table tennis, and badminton, played on a badminton-sized court using a paddle and perforated ball. It’s a fantastic way to improve your health, coordination and balance while building new skills and friendships.
All skill levels welcomeSocial play format: Sessions are casual, with 3 pickleball courts available for all players to share. Play solo or bring a friend the courts are shared. Players may have to rotate to ensure everyone gets a chance to play.
You're welcome to bring your own equipment or hire – $2 per paddle (valid ID required).
No accident or injury insurance will be provided. Participants play at their own risk. If you have any concerns about participating in the sport, please speak with your medical professional.
We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. If you have any particular access or communication needs, contact the centre on 02 9298 3111 or [email protected].
Ultimo Community Centre has 1 indoor court and 2 multipurpose sports courts and an open space courtyard for hire. We also hosts our Ultimo Library, after-school and vacation care service and one independent childcare centre. Find out more about the centre
