What to Expect

• Guided solo tantric practices to connect with yourself, your energy and your heart, to slow down to be present and rested in your body and energy.
• Gentle connection & relating practices such as eye-gazing, conscious communication, and witnessing practices based on tantric principles to connect and be present with sacredness in self and others.
• Guided gentle touch practices to allow you to receive grounding, honouring and nourishing connection in your energy, body and heart. All touch is optional, and practices can also be done without touch.
