Join us at Cobbler for a special guided tasting of five whiskies from Headlands Distilling Co., hosted by Brand Ambassador Manuel Terron.

Founded on the NSW South Coast, Headlands produces Australian single malt whisky with a particular focus on the influence of cask maturation. For this tasting, we’ll explore five expressions side by side, moving from Australian fortified wine casks through to a trio of Spanish sherry casks.

Over two hours, Manuel will guide us through each whisky, sharing the stories behind Headlands, the individual casks and how each maturation style shapes the whisky in the glass.
