This workshop is designed to help you feel comfortable, empowered, and inspired. Heels are completely optional (feel free to dance in sneakers)
We’ll start with a warm-up to ease you into movement and the foundations of dance & heels. After that, we’ll work through a series of drills/grooves that will later appear in the choreography section, helping you become more confident at picking up the dance. From there, you’ll learn a super fun, step-by-step combo. Since this is our Heels Edition, we’ll be focusing on just one routine, giving you the chance to really settle into the fundamentals, build confidence, and fully enjoy the process!
This is a supportive, feel-good space where connection is encouraged and everyone is welcome. Led by experienced industry professionals, you’ll be guided every step of the way. There's no experience needed, just come ready to move and have fun 💫
