Join City of Darwin, Dementia Australia and TEMCHO for an inspiring Dementia Awareness & Arts Workshop that blends learning with creativity.
This engaging session will build awareness and understanding of dementia, exploring symptoms, communication approaches and the lived experiences of individuals and their carers. Participants will gain practical, everyday strategies to support dignity, connection and inclusion.
Through a guided arts activity, attendees will also experience the power of creativity as a tool for expression, communication and wellbeing—highlighting alternative ways to connect beyond words.
