Join us at Death & Taxes for an exclusive afternoon exploring the exceptional whiskies of The House of Suntory, Japan's pioneering whisky producer with a heritage dating back to 1923.
Discover the craftsmanship, precision, and elegance that have made Japanese whisky celebrated around the world. From the delicate fruit notes of Yamazaki to the fresh, subtly smoky character of Hakushu, this guided tasting will take you through five exceptional expressions showcasing the diversity and artistry of Suntory whisky.
To begin the experience, guests will be welcomed with a refreshing Suntory Toki Highball on arrival, before enjoying five carefully selected whiskies in an intimate and relaxed setting.
🥃 The Tasting Lineup – 5 x 15ml Pours
Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve - A beautifully balanced Japanese single malt with delicate notes of strawberry, cherry, and white peach. Sweet vanilla, coconut, and a touch of cinnamon create a smooth, elegant finish.
Hakushu Distiller's Reserve - A fresh and vibrant single malt from Japan's Southern Alps. Crisp notes of peppermint, cucumber, and melon meet bright citrus and subtle smoke, delivering a refreshing, gently smoky finish.
The Chita - A smooth and delicate Japanese single grain whisky known for its light, elegant character. Expect notes of crème brûlée, honey, and cardamom, complemented by gentle mint and a soft, sweet finish.
